- Active research of customer market data
- Initiation and support of product range development
- Business fluent English
- Other language skills (advantageous)

- Collaborate with Product Management & Supply Chain
- Collaborate with Internal and Supportive Services
- Align sales initiatives with company strategy
- Align sales initiatives with partner services and requirements
- Lead and develop the Europe-wide sales organization
- Drive penetration in strategic market segments
- Achieve sustainable turnover growth
- Hold full budget responsibility for Sales
- Hold performance responsibility for Sales
- Hold P&L responsibility for Sales
- Expand to new areas
- Establish a branch in the US

- Guide teams in identifying business cases
