- Onboard and train new staff members
- Supervise baristas and café tasks
- Maintain high standards for customer service and coffee quality
- Act as primary contact for staff questions
- Conduct one-on-one performance feedback sessions
- Evaluate trial barista candidates
- Provide feedback to HR on candidate performance
- Perform regular shifts on bar
- Cover for team members' absences
- Report to Retail Operations Manager
- Collaborate with other Café Supervisors
