Co-designing sales models and leading branch transformation for PI, Affluent, SME segments at CEE bank with 17M+ customers. 5+ years as Branch Manager or Regional Director in bank branches required. Up to 30 days/year remote work from any EU country.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in bank branches as Branch Manager or Regional Director
  • Managerial experience in branch transformation (process design, operational rollouts)
  • In-depth knowledge of banking industry and HR processes
  • Good knowledge of modern human channel technologies (CRM, omnichannel, digital sales enablement)
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and lead cultural change

Tasks

  • Co-design and implement sales and service models for PI, Affluent, and SME segments.
  • Lead branch transformation initiatives (organizational, operational).
  • Co-create development and growth initiatives for human channels.
  • Co-create incentive systems for human channels.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations on transformations.
  • Co-develop success metrics (KPIs).
  • Monitor impact of changes in human channels.
  • Oversee and lead pilot programs.
  • Scale solutions effectively.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to human channels managers.
  • Support human channels managers.

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
