Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Extensive experience developing training strategies and concepts for SAP S/4HANA transformation
  • Basic SAP S/4HANA knowledge across multiple modules
  • Extensive experience with training methodologies, tools, and platforms
  • Basic knowledge of Business Process Management
  • Basic knowledge of BPMN 2.0 process modelling notation
  • Excellent communication capabilities
  • Excellent change management capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder-management capabilities
  • Open, learning-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively across teams

Tasks

  • Develop training strategy and concept
  • Define enablement and change management principles
  • Set up training tools and systems
  • Coordinate training development and execution
  • Collaborate with ICT and Process and Data Organization
  • Build and facilitate stakeholder networks
  • Implement training for SAP S/4HANA transformation
  • Support process implementation and maturity

Work Experience

  • approx. 4 - 6 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree

Languages

  • English – Fluent
  • German – is a plus
