- 2–4 years experience in audit, advisory, risk, compliance, consulting, or operational roles within financial services

Tasks
- Migrate and build financial infrastructure
- Support financial planning and budgeting
- Manage cash flow and runway planning
- Coordinate with external accounting and tax partners
- Support audit processes
- Structure and monitor revenue streams and billing
- Build information security framework
- Write and maintain legal and compliance documentation
- Structure robust compliance workflows
- Build and own KPI and OKR frameworks
- Design operational support models
- Track commercial and operational metrics
- Derive actionable insights for growth and efficiency
- Build business cases for new opportunities
- Coordinate between founders, legal, product, and engineering
- Drive accountability and follow-through across teams
- Evaluate and manage business and technology partners
- Jump in to add value as needed
