- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in German and English
Tasks
- Collaborate with experts on strategic and operational transformation projects.
- Identify and analyze strategic and operational risks and opportunities.
- Design operational solutions.
- Integrate strategic and operational findings.
- Develop financial analyses and business plans.
- Develop implementation plans.
- Initiate actions.
- Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain direct client contact.
- Participate in due diligence and strategy projects.
- Present project results to clients.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
- Facilitate client workshops and meetings.
- Gather requirements from clients.
- Provide updates to clients.
- Contribute to business development.
- Write client proposals.
