Requirements
- •1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing role
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills
- •Comfort with making outbound calls and engaging with senior stakeholders
- •Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- •Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- •Results-driven mindset with resilience and persistence
- •Basic experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- •Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
- •Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude
- •Native German, multilingual skills are a plus
- •Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology sales
- •Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g. Salesloft, Salesforce, 6Sense, Lusha)
- •Experience working with inbound and outbound lead generation
- •Knowledge of pipeline management and sales qualification frameworks
- •Account segments: Enterprise / SMB
- •Localize it for Central EMEA
- •Align it closely to Genesys language and tone

- •Identify and research potential customers using various tools
- •Proactively reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media
- •Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
- •Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to Account Executives
- •Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales engagement tools
- •Execute sales cadences and follow-up activities consistently
- •Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to enhance messaging and targeting
- •Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and qualification targets
- •Continuously learn about products, market trends, and customer needs
