  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology sales
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g. Salesloft, Salesforce, 6Sense, Lusha)
  • Experience working with inbound and outbound lead generation
  • Knowledge of pipeline management and sales qualification frameworks
  • Account segments: Enterprise / SMB
  • Localize it for Central EMEA
  • Align it closely to Genesys language and tone

Tasks

  • Identify and research potential customers using various tools
  • Proactively reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
  • Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Execute sales cadences and follow-up activities consistently
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to enhance messaging and targeting
  • Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and qualification targets
  • Continuously learn about products, market trends, and customer needs
