Tasks
- Identify, develop, and maintain sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed profit center sales and margin objectives
- Develop portfolio strategic plan using customer and internal input
- Partner with leaders to execute the strategic plan
- Allocate resources with division executives and management
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to personnel
- Manage portfolio and pricing for margin and utilization
- Develop and implement commercial and sales strategies
- Expand company presence in the pipeline coating market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Generate new leads and track progress
- Achieve annual sales targets
- Manage business line profit and loss
- Nurture and expand relationships with key clients
- Conduct contract negotiations
- Ensure customer requirements are met
- Monitor market trends and customer needs
