Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years' managerial experience in concrete admixtures, ready-mix, precast concrete, or construction chemicals
  • Proven regional or multi-country business development experience
  • Strong track record in commercial growth and technical support
  • Strong leadership and management competencies
  • Strong technical understanding of concrete and admixture technologies
  • Commercial acumen with P&L and profitability understanding
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
  • Ability to influence across countries without direct authority
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration skills
  • High mobility and willingness to travel extensively
  • Structured, data-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Fluent English
  • German, French, or Spanish language skills are an advantage
  • Travel across Europe (> 50%)

  • Understand country-level P&L performance
