Requirements

- Understanding of German pharmaceutical market, AMNOG/G‑BA processes, and promotional regulations
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders

- Experience in diabetes, metabolic or cardiovascular disease
- Experience in matrix organisation with regional/global brand interfaces

Tasks
- Lead brand strategy and execution for Type-2-Diabetes in Germany
- Develop annual customer engagement plans with clear positioning and messaging
- Define value propositions for different customer segments
- Manage brand investments with commercial rigor and performance reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional brand team for shared strategic goals
- Influence brand decisions without direct authority
- Interface with global and IBU brand teams to adapt strategies
- Ensure consistent value story in HTA activities and medical education
- Develop and localize integrated multichannel campaigns
- Ensure compliance with German regulations through MLR review
- Collaborate with digital and CRM teams for personalized HCP engagement
- Manage agencies and external partners for timely, high-quality outputs
- Track and report on brand KPIs and performance
- Translate market research and data into actionable insights
- Monitor competitive landscape and recommend tactical adjustments
