- •Solid understanding of machine components
- •Experience in preparing technical quotations, cost calculations, and project scheduling
- •Knowledge of quality management
- •Strong sales and customer focus
- •Clear communication in written and spoken form
- •Service-oriented and team-focused approach
- •Strong communication and delegation skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and relationship building

Tasks
- •Lead the back office team
- •Develop projects in coordination with internal departments
- •Prepare cost quotations
- •Process orders (technical/commercial)
- •Follow up on quotations for amounts under €10,000 or as agreed with Sales
- •Verify orders with customers and suppliers
- •Monitor deadlines for customer and supplier orders
- •Control order-related documentation
- •Maintain systems and archive documents
- •Clarify complaints in collaboration with Sales
- •Update customer contact data in the CRM system
- •Report customer information to the department manager or within the CRM
- •Provide technical support for marketing and sales materials
