Associate Quality Manager(m/w/x)
Maintaining QMS and ensuring EU GDP/GxP compliance for pharmaceutical treatments. Pharmaceutical QA experience required. Regional exposure, hands-on role with real responsibility.
Requirements
- University degree in Pharmacy or other Scientific Degrees (Chemistry, Biology, Human/Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Food/Biotechnology)
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance
- Solid understanding of GDP/GMP and pharmaceutical quality systems
- Previous experience in use of QMS (Trackwise or others)
- Analytical, solution-oriented, detail-focused working style
- Hands-on mentality, ownership, self-motivation
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Open mindset, pragmatic approach, strong team orientation
- Customer- and patient-focused working style
- Fluent German (native level) and English
Tasks
- Support and maintain Quality Management System
- Ensure compliance with AMBO and EU GDP/GxP guidelines
- Plan and monitor QA activities across Austria and CEE markets
- Manage regional quality issues, complaints, recalls, and returns
- Prepare and support internal and external audits and inspections
- Maintain and evolve Quality Management System
- Manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and quality risk assessments
- Oversee technical documentation and pharmaceutical licenses
- Develop and maintain core documentation, SOPs, Quality Manual, SMF
- Monitor quality KPIs and contribute to monthly reviews, PQRs
- Conduct self-inspections and manage NMVO alerts, regional contracts
- Provide expert quality guidance and training to regional teams
