Requirements
- Bachelor degree (minimum 2:1 honours or international equivalent), Masters or higher
- Experience in financial institution, consulting, or industry
- Strong quantitative skills and data-driven analysis competency
- Self-motivation and eagerness to build expertise quickly
- Expertise with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience applying generative AI tools like Copilot
- Well-organized with rigorous attention to detail
Tasks
- Manage input for quarterly valuations
- Coordinate quarterly investor reporting for Allianz
- Support fundraising for AllianzGI Infrastructure Direct Equity 3rd party funds
- Assist with quarterly investment update meetings for Allianz investors
- Handle regular and ad hoc investor requests
- Manage cash and distribution planning
- Coordinate financial inputs for semi-annual investment reviews
- Update internal asset management tools
- Prepare ESG and sustainability reports for Allianz, AllianzGI, and 3rd party investors
- Report under SFDR and CSRD
- Apply and monitor TCFD guidelines
- Track and report portfolio decarbonisation
- Benchmark portfolio sustainability performance
- Monitor EU Taxonomy compliance
- Assess and monitor portfolio climate risks
- Screen new investments for ESG and sustainability metrics
- Prepare ESG-related fundraising materials
