- 2-5 years of B2B marketing experience
- Proven success in product marketing, demand generation, campaign management, performance metrics, and customer journey
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-orientation and ability to thrive in cross-functional, matrixed organization
- Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
- Ability to drive ideas from concept to execution
Tasks
- Develop integrated marketing plans for the DACH region.

- Leverage data and automation for performance optimization.

- Align regional marketing with global brand strategy.
- Tailor messaging for local markets.
- Deliver value-driven propositions to B2B audiences.
- Target B2B audiences in manufacturing and service sectors.
- Identify new marketing opportunities.
- Test innovative marketing approaches.
- Take ownership of impactful marketing activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes.
