Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in marketing
- Minimum five years of software/technology field marketing experience, preferably with SaaS companies
- Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
- Knowledge of Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other MarTech
- Strong demand generation experience
- Excellent strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
- Creativity, efficiency, and productivity with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills in English and German
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Tasks
- Build and execute quarterly Field Marketing plans
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs
- Align with the EMEA Sales Team to support pipeline goals
- Develop demand generation programs using paid and owned media
- Create content for digital campaigns and partnerships
- Deliver Account-Based Marketing programs for top accounts
- Understand and align with lead scoring and nurturing systems
- Coordinate tradeshow and networking event logistics
- Engage with trade organizations in the DACH region
- Analyze program results and optimize strategies
- Maintain communication with Sales and Field Marketing teams
- Collaborate with sales leadership on planning and goals
- Design and execute channel partner marketing initiatives
