Requirements

  • •3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, applied research or technical consulting / project management
  • •Solid understanding of machine learning including transformers, LSTMs, attention mechanisms, model development and data pipelines for time series
  • •Strong project management skills and ability to balance technical detail with business requirements and delivery goals
  • •Familiarity with model deployment and optimization with PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT, TorchScript
  • •Excellent communication skills in English and German and confidence in customer-facing settings

  • •Gain familiarity with core technology through operational engineering
  • •Coordinate the entire project lifecycle from scoping to delivery
  • •Translate research results into deployable solutions
  • •Act as the main technical liaison for customers

  • •Develop and optimize models within an engineering team
  • •Manage data pipelines for seamless AI integration
  • •Ensure clear communication across research, engineering, and product teams
