- Support bilingual communication
- Manage document creation and review
- Translate documents between Chinese and English
- Prepare and organize reports and briefings
- Summarize and format written materials
- Act as liaison between internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth information flow and timely follow-up
- Coordinate meetings and visits
- Assist in reception activities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support
- Handle scheduling and task follow-up
- Support ad hoc assignments and coordination tasks
