  • Optimize work scopes for performance
  • Optimize work scopes for reliability
  • Optimize work scopes for shop visit costs
  • Optimize work scopes for turnaround time
  • Provide technical customer support during shop visits
  • Identify problem-solving activities
  • Participate in problem-solving activities
  • Lead problem-solving activities
  • Define technical standards for CFM56/PW4000 engines
  • Improve technical standards for CFM56/PW4000 engines
  • Define maintenance concepts for CFM56/PW4000 engines
