Requirements

  • 4+ years solution engineering, technical sales, consulting, or implementation experience
  • Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of API lifecycle and integration patterns
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (iPaaS, SaaS, automation, AI agents)
  • Proven track record building and delivering PoCs
  • Proven track record responding to RFI/RFP technical and functional elements
  • Prior experience in solution engineering or pre-sales at software vendor
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, or Informatica
  • Relevant certifications (plus)
  • Development experience with Java, Python, or similar languages

Tasks

  • Partner with Account Executives to define sales strategies
  • Lead technical discovery and solution strategy
  • Ensure architectures align with customer business objectives
  • Design and deliver tailored demonstrations
  • Conduct Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs
  • Facilitate technical workshops and discovery sessions
  • Provide architectural guidance
  • Reframe customer perspectives to drive innovation
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams
  • Translate complex technical requirements into business outcomes
  • Use Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Informatica platforms
