Account Solution Engineer - Data Foundation(m/w/x)
Designing AI-driven CRM solutions and leading technical discovery for enterprise clients. 4+ years solution engineering experience required. AI agents accelerate impact, accommodations request form.
Requirements
- 4+ years solution engineering, technical sales, consulting, or implementation experience
- Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of API lifecycle and integration patterns
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (iPaaS, SaaS, automation, AI agents)
- Proven track record building and delivering PoCs
- Proven track record responding to RFI/RFP technical and functional elements
- Prior experience in solution engineering or pre-sales at software vendor
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, or Informatica
- Relevant certifications (plus)
- Development experience with Java, Python, or similar languages
Tasks
- Partner with Account Executives to define sales strategies
- Lead technical discovery and solution strategy
- Ensure architectures align with customer business objectives
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations
- Conduct Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs
- Facilitate technical workshops and discovery sessions
- Provide architectural guidance
- Reframe customer perspectives to drive innovation
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams
- Translate complex technical requirements into business outcomes
- Use Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Informatica platforms
