- •Several years of experience in sales of cloud, IaaS, or IT solutions in the business customer environment
- •Deep understanding of the cloud market with an industry focus
- •Proven success in customer development, new customer acquisition, and MRR growth
- •Routine experience with Salesforce, BI tools, and relevant KPIs
- •Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English

Tasks
- •Manage and develop a defined account portfolio
- •Secure and expand existing revenue from customers
- •Build and maintain an active sales pipeline
- •Conduct qualified customer appointments
- •Develop individual cloud solutions for clients
- •Identify and manage technical risks to prevent churn
- •Ensure high customer satisfaction through feedback discussions
- •Collaborate with marketing, partner sales, and account management teams
