Requirements

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in B2B customer-facing roles in international SaaS
  • Initial sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Action-oriented and analytical approach
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic environment and adapt to challenges
  • Good understanding of Corporate Finance
  • Demonstrated structured approach and strong negotiation skills
  • German at C2+ level and business fluent in English

  • Drive growth and retention in your portfolio
  • Act as a trusted advisor to understand client needs
  • Provide strategic guidance to align clients with the company's vision
  • Equip clients with key features to enhance engagement
  • Organize regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) post-onboarding
  • Coordinate action plans with internal teams for 6-12 month retroplannings
  • Anticipate and resolve client frictions
  • Own client relationships with a focus on upsell opportunities
  • Qualify upsell leads and hand them over to Expansion Managers
  • Anticipate and manage customer renewals
  • Handle churn requests effectively
  • Suggest improvements to enhance prioritization and efficiency
  • Maintain updated data in the CRM system
  • Report regularly on performance metrics
  • Share expertise and best practices with the team
  • Provide qualitative handovers to enhance team action quality and speed
