Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Sales in SaaS
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
  • Self-motivation and tech-savviness
  • Caring for clients and ensuring satisfaction
  • Passion for testing and improving outreach effectiveness
  • Strong communication skills in writing and speaking
  • High sense of responsibility and accountability

Tasks

  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Proactively handle account renewals with the Customer Success team
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly performance
  • Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels
  • Discover customers' strategic needs and set goals
  • Analyze stakeholder mapping and develop overall strategy
  • Own renewal success and strategy to meet commercial targets
  • Ensure Customer Success recognition across stakeholders
  • Achieve customer advocacy goals with marketing
  • Monitor market trends and industry analysis
