Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship or comparable course of study
- Proficiency in English (C1 level); fluency in Czech or Slovak; German is a plus
- Experience in the automotive industry (BMW, JLR) is an advantage

- Good knowledge of current MS Office and willingness to learn new programs
Tasks
- Coordinate and control cross-channel marketing campaigns
- Advise customers and expand relationships through upselling
- Develop and implement targeted marketing and sales strategies
- Support clients in designing campaigns from the existing portfolio
- Create and implement new sales and aftersales campaigns
- Optimize internal processes and enhance quality assurance measures
- Maintain and utilize the CRM system for service documentation
- Ensure frequent contact with international customers, including visits and events
- Achieve agreed targets in the markets
