Requirements

  • •Commercial apprenticeship or comparable course of study
  • •Proficiency in English (C1 level); fluency in Czech or Slovak; German is a plus
  • •Experience in the automotive industry (BMW, JLR) is an advantage
  • •Curiosity and openness to new ways of doing things
  • •Self-confidence and high social skills
  • •Structured, independent, solution-oriented work style with team and customer orientation
  • •Good knowledge of current MS Office and willingness to learn new programs

  • •Coordinate and control cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • •Advise customers and expand relationships through upselling
  • •Develop and implement targeted marketing and sales strategies
  • •Support clients in designing campaigns from the existing portfolio
  • •Create and implement new sales and aftersales campaigns
  • •Optimize internal processes and enhance quality assurance measures
  • •Maintain and utilize the CRM system for service documentation
  • •Ensure frequent contact with international customers, including visits and events
  • •Achieve agreed targets in the markets
