In this role, you will coordinate marketing campaigns and advise clients on upselling opportunities while developing targeted strategies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve optimizing processes, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring that market targets are met.

Requirements

  • Commercial apprenticeship or comparable course of study
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level); fluency in Czech or Slovak; German is a plus
  • Experience in the automotive industry (BMW, JLR) is an advantage
  • Curiosity and openness to new ways of doing things
  • Self-confidence and high social skills
  • Structured, independent, solution-oriented work style with team and customer orientation
  • Good knowledge of current MS Office and willingness to learn new programs

Tasks

  • Coordinate and control cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Advise customers and expand relationships through upselling
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing and sales strategies
  • Support clients in designing campaigns from the existing portfolio
  • Create and implement new sales and aftersales campaigns
  • Optimize internal processes and enhance quality assurance measures
  • Maintain and utilize the CRM system for service documentation
  • Ensure frequent contact with international customers, including visits and events
  • Achieve agreed targets in the markets
