Requirements
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Multiple years of full cycle sales experience in SaaS
- Managing hybrid net new accounts, new business hunting
- Experience selling to the C-suite
- Ability to build and deliver customer presentations
- Experience building business cases and ROI delivery
- Ability to strategize with internal teams
- Fluent in German and English
Tasks
- Engage with new leads
- Sell the customer 360 platform
- Build trusted relationships with key team members
- Cultivate relationships with decision makers
- Help customers realize value from Salesforce investments
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships
- Drive customer satisfaction in assigned German accounts
- Assist in developing long-term account strategy
- Assist in executing long-term account strategy
- Ensure strategy aligns with customer business objectives
- Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs
- Assist with account planning for assigned accounts
- Coordinate with other sales resources for strategic alignment
- Share the value proposition with customers
- Drive growth in assigned accounts
- Develop opportunities in assigned High-Tech and Professional Services
- Generate opportunities from warm leads
- Generate opportunities through whitespace prospecting
