Account Executive - Customer Base(m/w/x)
Upselling SaaS/Cloud ERP solutions through deal management and account planning for existing customers. 4+ years of C-level negotiation and long-term account strategy development required. Trust to take risks, tools to grow, and skills to develop.
Requirements
- 4+ years selling SaaS/Cloud ERP/HCM/Financial/Planning/Analytics solutions to C-levels
- 4+ years negotiating deals with C-Suite Executives
- 4+ years building relationships with existing customers for add-on business
- 4+ years developing long-term account strategies with existing customers
- Experience managing deal cycles over 6 months with large deal sizes
- Understanding of industry competitive landscape and trends
- Experience leveraging and partnering with internal team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tasks
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Focus on upselling through deal management
- Perform account planning for assigned accounts
- Coordinate with pre-sales and other resources
- Drive strategic add-on and renewal business
- Target Medium Enterprise customers
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Work with pre-sales, digital, value & bid-management, marketing, technical, and sales support
