Tasks
- Manage accommodation handling in German-speaking countries
- Report directly to the Regional Director
- Secure information flow between suppliers and accounting
- Maintain communication with upper management
- Execute business according to destination market strategies
- Follow defined workflows and guiding principles
- Develop client accommodation proposals with your manager
- Contract suppliers and hotels based on requirements
- Maintain a lean and cost-effective structure
- Deliver operational excellence at all times
- Monitor and deliver against operational KPIs
- Maintain high competence in products and pricing
- Integrate sustainability into the project workflow
- Address environmental and social impacts of activities
- Communicate major developments to senior managers
- Train the team on event software functionalities
- Ensure services meet company quality demands
- Supervise and delegate cancellation deadline monitoring
- Provide on-site support during key event days
- Control costs and optimize profit margins
- Build and grow vital supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with financial and legal standards
- Plan, budget, and organize the project
- Correspond with event delegates regarding bookings
- Manage payments and answer delegate questions
- Set up and update the event database
- Track and report on project progress
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and timely
