  • Expertise in managing and applying safe systems of work

Tasks

  • Develop budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues
  • Implement the formal development framework for the team
  • Provide informal coaching to others in your area of expertise
  • Identify shortcomings in business practices and suggest improvements
  • Implement improvements while managing projects within the change management program
  • Oversee an operational area with guidance from senior colleagues
  • Manage a portfolio of projects and report to senior colleagues
  • Develop elements of a strategic planning system with guidance
  • Communicate the local action plan and its relation to the function's strategy
  • Motivate the team to achieve local business goals
