Requirements
- Several years of experience as a consultant or customer administrator in SAP SuccessFactors modules Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, or Learning
- Experience in multiple implementation projects involving performance & goals, succession & development, or learning
- Very good knowledge and, if possible, certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Willingness to learn and curiosity
- Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and support less experienced consultants
- High degree of self-organization and strong communication skills
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Moderate willingness to travel
Tasks
- Support customers in human experience management
- Solve technical problems related to SAP SuccessFactors
- Lead project organization for customer teams
- Modernize HR processes
- Take responsibility for your module or entire project
- Participate in exciting projects with cutting-edge topics
- Learn about additional topics beyond project work
- Support sales efforts
- Conduct webinars
- Write blog articles
- Share knowledge with colleagues
- Support less experienced consultants during training
