Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als (Senior) Consultant im SAP SuccessFactors Modul Compensation / Variable Pay
  • Erfahrung in mehreren Implementierungsprojekten von SAP SuccessFactors Compensation / Variable Pay und bestenfalls auch (erste) Erfahrungen im Bereich Employee Central
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Zertifizierung in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation / Variable Pay, idealerweise durch weitere Zertifizierungen ergänzt
  • Lernbereitschaft und Neugier
  • Lust darauf, Wissen mit Kolleg:innen zu teilen und insbesondere weniger erfahrene Consultants in der Einarbeitung zu unterstützen
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Fließende Deutsch-, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Moderate Reisebereitschaft

Tasks

  • Kunden bei der Einführung von SAP SuccessFactors beraten
  • HR-Kernprozesse analysieren
  • Kundenindividuelle Prozessvorschläge modellieren
  • Implementierungsprojekte im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors leiten
  • Eigenverantwortlich im Team arbeiten
  • Vertrieb unterstützen
  • Webinare durchführen
  • Blogartikel verfassen
