- Support cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Tailor demand generation campaigns for customers
- Scale customer advocacy programs
- Identify and nurture customer champions
- Create engaging customer marketing activities
- Research and plan customer engagement programs
- Manage webinars, roundtables, and events
- Establish customer advisory boards
- Support customer-focused events
- Engage third-party experts and partners
- Manage program logistics, vendors, and budgets
