- High degree of ownership, speed, and reliability
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication

- In-depth scientific expertise in molecular ML/drug discovery
- Experience in consortium/multi-party settings
- Experience supporting technical product rollouts/integrations
- Experience with senior biotech/pharma scientific stakeholders
Tasks
- Build new federated networks
- Scope new network opportunities based on market demand
- Validate concepts with prospective partners
- Identify potential partners for business development
- Secure commitments from potential partners
- Define initial scope, timelines, and partner contributions
- Drive execution across Apheris networks
- Work with pharma partners to turn data into models
- Manage end-to-end federated network execution
- Onboard and harmonize partner data
- Aggregate models and deliver inference containers
- Maintain a clear execution plan across partners
- Shape network growth and direction
- Expand network to new endpoints and modalities
- Launch new network tracks and bring in pharma partners
- Turn opportunities into initiatives and execution plans
- Engage with partner teams daily
- Collaborate with senior scientists and leaders
- Lead sessions on model performance and deployment
- Drive discussions to clear decisions
- Build trusted relationships with partners
- Identify areas to push or expand scope
- Drive adoption of federated models
- Deploy models into partner environments
- Integrate models into existing workflows
- Track model usage across the network
- Identify opportunities to expand impact
- Improve model delivery and consumption
- Translate network goals into concrete execution
- Prepare materials for scientific and commercial discussions
- Shape follow-ups and convert roadmap priorities
- Drive program progress across customers
- Coordinate with business development, ML scientists, and product teams
- Manage strategic accounts
- Increase application usage
- Ensure measurable impact in real workflows
- Align priorities and resolve dependencies
- Drive end-to-end execution
