Requirements
- Proven track record of diverse experience (sales and delivery) in defence industry, government, or related professional services

- Shape strategic partnerships and customer programmes
- Participate in work with industry partners and procurement agencies
- Execute business strategy and vision for air defence programmes
- Understand and anticipate customer demands
- Develop new collaboration opportunities with Armed Forces and defence industry
- Take ownership and execute tasks independently
- Lift industry and customer thinking on software and AI
- Work with leading experts to build lasting relationships
- Anticipate market trends and client needs
- Create new business opportunities
- Manage end-to-end responsibility for complex defence programmes
- Lead programmes in collaboration with government and industry
- Own strategic campaigns and manage required activities
- Report to Air Defence Domain Leadership
