- Maintain process and e-learning documentation
- Support the development of solution concepts
- Optimize manual and system-supported processes
- Assist in automation projects
- Perform testing for new process solutions
- Maintain relevant data in SAP
- Ensure high data quality according to internal and legal requirements
- Conduct process analyses
- Ensure consistency between ERP and non-ERP systems
- Research new technologies
- Contribute to knowledge transfer through training materials and short sessions
- Collaborate with various teams across the Sales department
