Anforderungen

- Practical knowledge of VBA programming for automation and tool creation
- Basic to advanced skills in HTML / Web interface creation
- Analytical understanding of manufacturing- or technical processes
- Ability to translate operational requirements into functional digital tools
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented workstyle
- Strong analytical thinking and quick comprehension
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn production processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good command of English
- German skills (plus for daily shopfloor interactions)
- Experience with production environments or CNC technology
- Knowledge of SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps or similar digitalization tools
Aufgaben
- Automate reporting workflows
- Create user-friendly interfaces
- Support digitalization of CNC processes and data flows
- Prepare CNC production dashboards
- Maintain CNC production dashboards
- Handle documentation, data entry, and version handling
- Participate in CNC process improvement activities
- Translate CNC team needs into tool features
- Support daily operational routines in CNC production
- Develop and maintain CNC shopfloor tools using Excel, VBA, HTML
- Analyze planning and documentation processes
- Propose process improvement ideas
- Prepare data, reports, and dashboards for production
- Support CNC management with administrative tasks
- Support CNC management with documentation tasks
- Collect, structure, and validate CNC production data
- Collaborate with Production Supervisors, Machine Operators, and Process Experts
- Support ad-hoc tasks within the CNC department
