- Solid understanding of structural analysis principles in aerospace
- Solid understanding of Systems Engineering principles
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary, international environment
- Finite Element Analysis of aerospace structures
- Valued knowledge of Boeing internal processes and tools for structural analysis (Abaqus, Nastran, 3DX-Simulia apps, CAD Design)
- Highly valued experience in developing Python/Java scripts and Excel Macros
- Appreciated experience with PLM systems like 3DX
- Systems Engineering processes and Systems thinking
- Model-Based Systems Engineering, SysML, Cameo/MagicDraw
- Safety and Development Assurance processes (ARP4754, ARP4761)
- Critical thinking, creativity, and engineering judgement for new approaches
- Core knowledge in Aerospace, Structural Engineering, Structural Design, Systems Engineering
- Valued knowledge of Boeing internal processes and tools
