Anforderungen

• •Study in Work and Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communication Sciences, Law, or similar field
• •Passion for HR topics and creative ideas
• •Good MS Office skills
• •High sense of responsibility
• •Very good German language skills

• •Support managers and employees in HR processes
• •Execute various HR measures administratively
• •Create concepts, presentations, and HR documents
• •Manage smaller projects independently
