Aufgaben
- Create and maintain supplier master data in the ERP system
- Monitor incoming procurement requests
- Respond to stakeholders regarding procurement requests
- Ensure timely follow-up on procurement requests
- Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders according to internal processes and workflows
- Review procurement requests for completeness
- Escalate missing or unclear information
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchasing information
- Support smooth order processing
- Maintain organized procurement contracts and documentation
- Contribute to improving procurement processes, data quality, and response times
