Aufgaben
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across various disciplines
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles and hiring needs
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies
- Identify and engage top talent, including passive candidates
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews
- Assess technical skills and cultural fit
- Provide structured feedback to hiring managers and stakeholders
- Advise on labor market trends and compensation benchmarks
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience
- Represent the company at industry events and job fairs
- Collaborate with the global recruiting team
- Share knowledge and improve processes
- Align hiring efforts across regions
