- Strong customer service mindset
- Enjoyment of team collaboration for smooth events
- Natural organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage structured processes with big picture view
- Fluent English (company language)
- German or other European languages (strong plus)
- Based in or around Munich with regular office work ability
Aufgaben
- Plan and execute EMEA roadshows, trade shows, and meetups
- Coordinate event vendors
- Provide on-site event support
- Create email invitations for events
- Develop social media content for events
- Manage LinkedIn content for events
- Update event landing pages
- Create marketing presentations and flyers
- Develop follow-up email sequences
- Deploy customer satisfaction surveys
- Coordinate customer relationship meetings and initiatives
- Collect survey responses
- Analyze data for actionable insights
