- Showcase customers and their stories in quarterly earnings, media, and analyst reports
- Showcase customers and their stories at events
- Manage the customer appreciation program
- Support maintenance of customer appreciation program tools and technologies
- Provide ad-hoc assistance for internal projects
- Provide ad-hoc assistance for sales and marketing programs
- Provide ad-hoc assistance for executive requests
- Provide ad-hoc assistance for customer-facing events and initiatives
- Assist with the creation of internal communication for senior management
- Assist with the creation of reports for senior management
