  • •Execute long-term financing transactions like bonds and term loans
  • •Oversee trading for hedging risk exposures and short-term borrowings
  • •Manage short-term liquidity alongside Treasury Operations
  • •Negotiate financing agreements and legal frameworks for trading
  • •Prepare board approvals for financing topics
