Aufgaben
- Model the company's financing structure
- Build and maintain relationships with rating agencies
- Prepare internal, external, and regulatory reports
- Structure cash pooling and internal financing
- Execute global treasury projects
- Develop relationships with the CFO community and FP&A
- Coordinate with banks and IT service providers
- Ensure compliance with EMIR, Dodd-Frank, and AWV
- Support treasury-related audits and examinations
- Analyze cash flows, liquidity, and financial risks
- Implement treasury policies and procedures
- Align treasury strategies with corporate financial objectives
- Drive technology enhancements and workflow improvements
