- Define and scale the operating system for materials trade
- Build a unified product strategy across various functions
- Translate business priorities into a measurable product roadmap
- Hire, mentor, and lead a team of Product Managers and Designers
- Establish a strong product operating cadence with weekly reviews
- Foster a culture of rapid iteration and operational excellence
- Improve buyer and supplier experiences to enhance conversion and retention
- Lift automation rates across the trade lifecycle from quote to cash
- Reduce operational overhead by automating manual processes
- Model a high-energy culture with fast cycles and clear decisions
- Partner with Engineering and Data teams to design workflows
- Convert human expertise into algorithmic playbooks for the platform
- Drive adoption of predictive pricing and risk models
- Align product decisions with operational constraints across teams
- Ensure platform reliability for large-scale and time-critical transactions
- Drive platform expansion into new regions and categories
