- •Strong systems thinking and operational flow understanding
- •Experience automating multi-step operational processes at scale
- •Strong commercial awareness and financial metric thinking
- •Experience with backend systems, APIs, data models, and workflow engines
- •Ability to balance automation with operational reliability
- •Comfort in high-growth, execution-heavy environments
- •Fluency in English
