Anforderungen

• 15+ years of experience in operational finance
• Proven hands-on expertise in plant and production controlling
• Background in management consulting, particularly with exposure to manufacturing
• Excellent academic credentials from a leading university
• Experience in pharma, consumer goods, or industrial manufacturing preferred
• Degree in business administration, economics, or comparable field
• Strong expertise in controlling, FP&A, accounting, and finance processes
• Highly analytical, pragmatic, and results-driven
• Confident leader with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and German

Aufgaben

• Act as Finance Business Partner to Cluster Operations Heads
• Engage in day-to-day plant controlling
• Own detailed production and site controlling
• Analyze cost structures and variances
• Monitor productivity, scrap, yields, and working capital
• Steer performance using granular KPIs
• Identify root causes and drive corrective actions
• Translate operational details into management insights
• Support strategic decision-making for the Group CFO
• Develop controlling standards and tools
• Enhance data quality in collaboration with Group Controlling
• Lead a €100m investment program
• Develop business cases and track post-investment performance
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning
• Ensure alignment between operational reality and strategic objectives
• Foster a performance-driven culture across operations
• Lead a team in controlling, accounting, and related functions
