You will lead global reporting and financing by managing complex IFRS statements and capital measures while driving the finance team toward greater automation and process excellence.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in business, economics, or equivalent
• •Focus on Finance, Accounting, or Controlling
• •Professional exam like CA, tax consultant, CFA
• •Minimum 7 years experience in Finance
• •Audit experience in a Big4-company
• •Strong problem‑solving skills
• •Enthusiasm for analyzing complex issues
• •Commitment to optimizing and improving processes
• •IT affinity and MS Office familiarity
• •Knowledge of Oracle HFM, SAP S4/HANA, SAP BI
• •Very good communication skills
• •High level of initiative and team spirit
• •Fluency in German and English

Aufgaben

• •Prepare monthly management reports for the Board and shareholders
• •Analyze performance and key performance indicators
• •Coordinate global closing, forecasting, and planning processes
• •Provide group-wide standard reports and reporting guidelines
• •Prepare quarterly and annual IFRS financial statements
• •Manage consolidation and complex accounting topics
• •Act as the primary contact for auditors
• •Coordinate capital measures and execute dividend processes
• •Manage treasury reporting activities
• •Support M&A activities and process automation projects
• •Drive improvement opportunities within the finance organization
• •Lead and develop a team of ten employees
• •Collaborate with parent company functions and global departments
