- Analyze performance and key performance indicators
- Coordinate global closing, forecasting, and planning processes
- Provide group-wide standard reports and reporting guidelines
- Prepare quarterly and annual IFRS financial statements
- Manage consolidation and complex accounting topics
- Act as the primary contact for auditors
- Coordinate capital measures and execute dividend processes
- Manage treasury reporting activities
- Support M&A activities and process automation projects
- Drive improvement opportunities within the finance organization
- Lead and develop a team of ten employees
- Collaborate with parent company functions and global departments
