Aufgaben
- Define and scale BVS strategy across divisions
- Position WK as a value-led partner
- Establish standardized value frameworks and ROI models
- Engage in strategic, high-value deals
- Shape deal strategy to maximize deal value and win probability
- Support negotiation strategy and executive messaging
- Act as trusted advisor to C-level executives
- Oversee creation of robust, data-driven business cases
- Quantify customer impact on revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk mitigation
- Translate WK capabilities into measurable business outcomes
- Develop compelling value narratives for executives
- Equip sales teams with value-based proposals and messaging frameworks
- Provide competitive positioning insights
- Lead internal enablement on value selling and deal strategy
- Partner with sales leadership on pipeline and deal strategy
- Align value proposition with product teams
- Influence marketing value messaging
- Influence product roadmap based on customer value gaps
- Recruit talent from top-tier consulting firms
- Recruit talent from leading SaaS value engineering teams
- Create a culture of analytical rigor
- Foster commercial impact and executive presence
