Aufgaben
- Follow up on corrective actions at the process level
- Monitor quality KPIs and trends
- Participate in process review meetings
- Ensure completion of the process dashboard by process owners
- Take part in internal audits
- Support planning and preparation for ISO certification audits in Europe
- Organize and participate in Quality Awareness training sessions
- Follow up on continuous improvement projects by gathering needs at the process level
- Track deliverables according to budget for continuous improvement projects
- Implement the Group c-imp methodology and provide training to employees
- Support the Standards Administrator in the standard publication process
- Provide necessary information related to the standard publication process
